The School of the Dragon
The Practice Ground for Embodied Sovereignty
Where real nervous systems practice science-aware, ethical power.
The School of the Dragon is the living companion to Path of the Dragon — a dojo for those who feel “too much, too fast, too deep” and want real skill, not shame or spiritual bypass.
If the book is the map, the School is the terrain.
Here, we translate cosmology into the micro-moves that actually change patterns:
- You’ll learn to stay in your body when things
get intense.
- You’ll learn to hold power cleanly, without
collapsing or overpowering.
- You’ll learn to become the Dragon, not just read about it.
Orientation
Orientation: What We Are Building
Science-aware & neuro-affirming
Built on the same foundations as Path of the Dragon and The Crucible of Flesh: nervous system literacy, trauma-informed pacing, and the biology of regulation. We do not bypass the body to get to the spirit. From cosmology to micro-moves
We take high-concept ideas like the Entangled Firmament, Field–Resonance–Action (FRA), and the Five Energetic Bodies and grind them down into concrete, daily practices you can use in the kitchen, the boardroom, and the quiet.Rooted in ethical, responsible power
There is no hierarchy of the “enlightened” here. We reject guru-logic. Power is treated as sacred responsibility; boundaries and consent are the floor, not the ceiling.
Who This Is For
- Sensitive nervous systems — people who
process the world at high fidelity and want tools to carry the
load without numbing out.
- Neurodivergent minds — Autism, ADHD,
Tourette’s, and other operating systems that chafe against
neurotypical spiritual containers.
- Space holders — therapists, facilitators, and
leaders who feel the weight of the Prism of Impact and want clean
language for ethics and power.
- Readers of the book — those who felt the Path of the Dragon in their bones and are ready to create a Sacred Vessel to hold it.
If you are seeking:
- quick fixes,
- a new identity to hide in,
- or a guru to hand your agency to,
this is not your school.
The Architecture (What You’ll Find)
1. Foundations of the Path
A core curriculum in nervous-system regulation, the Somatic Triad, FRA, the Five Energetic Bodies, and the ethics of power.
2. The Practice Library
Short, potent tools for daily life: Daily Bridge check-ins, Doorway Rituals, and Micro-Repairs.
3. The Laboratory
Small cohorts and live labs where we practice slowly, with care, not performance.
4. The Mirror (AI Companion)
Ask the Dragon — an AI-supported reflection tool grounded in the book’s framework. It offers no answers, only better questions to help you explore your own patterns.

Current Status: The Pilot Phase
We are currently in a pilot phase, working with a small number of humans to ensure the nervous system of the School is regulated.
- We start small, so the container can actually hold what moves
through it.
- We test every practice against biology and ethics, not just
aesthetics.
- We allow the curriculum to emerge from what proves resilient over time.
Safety & Scope
The School of the Dragon is not a replacement for therapy, crisis services, or medical care.
We work with:
- meaning,
- frameworks,
- practices,
- and community.
If you are in acute crisis, your first step is local
professional support and safety.
The Dragon’s Path can walk with you alongside
that — not instead of it.
Step onto the Path
There is no automated sign-up here. We invite intention, not impulse.
If you are called to the School — as a student or as a space holder — please use the contact form on Path of the Dragon to signal interest in the pilot. Share a little about who you are, how you found the Dragon, and what you are sensing you want to work with.
Anyone considering facilitation in future cohorts is expected to have read Path of the Dragon in full, with particular attention to Part VI.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “fixed” to begin.
You only need enough stability to take one honest
step at a time.
The world doesn’t need more seekers.
It needs more humans who know how to hold their fire.
